2025年11月9日，“上海仲裁周请求权基础分论坛——上海财大 & 邦信阳专场”将在上海邦信阳律师事务所（以下简称“邦信阳”）拉开帷幕。
近年来，商事仲裁案件数量激增，如何提升仲裁审裁效率与质量成为亟待解决的问题。本次分论坛作为请求权基础仲裁运用系列研讨活动之一，主题为“多元视角看审裁效率提升——请求权基础仲裁运用系列研讨”(Multiple Perspectives on Arbitral Quality and Efficiency Enhancement——Seminar Series on the Application of Basis of Claim Right in Arbitration)，将邀请来自高校、企业、仲裁机构、律所等不同法律职业群体的专业人士，共同从多个不同角度深入研讨如何综合利用请求权基础方法体系、早期驳回等仲裁程序手段，优化仲裁审理程序，提升仲裁审理效率。
